On rainy days, Mr. Froopaloop always turns this corner at the same speed. On sunny days, he always turns this corner at the same speed he does on rainy days. However, on days when it is cloudy but not raining, he turns this corner at a slightly faster speed.

There is a car wash on the corner, which gets a lot more use on sunny days than on cloudy days.On rainy days, the rain gets the road wet. On sunny days, the water from the car wash gets the road wet. But on days when it is cloudy but not raining, the road remains dry.
