Mr. Lockety's New Carpet

Four classrooms in Old Stewball School are getting new carpet, and Mr. Lockety is in charge. But, dashing to class, he lost all his requests. He's even forgotten what he needs in his own room! Which teacher gets which color, and how many square feet of carpet is needed for each? All room dimensions are exact to the foot.

1) Room 168 is square.
2) Mrs. Eddy does not like sage.
3) Mr. Lockety's room is 27 feet long.
4) One of the dimensions of the room getting navy is 25 feet.
5) Mrs. Ebuley's room, 22 feet wide, will not have taupe carpet.
6) Just two rooms, the taupe one and room 194, have one foot difference between length and width.
7) Room 186 (not mauve) is 22 feet wide.
8) Ms. Stalk isn't fond of taupe.
