Answer
The four states of matter.Lines 1-2: The first is solid.
Lines 3-4: The second is liquid.
Lines 5-6: The third is gas. If gas didn't exist, there would be no air to breathe, or for a flier to pass through.
Lines 7-8: The fourth is plasma. Traditionally, there had been only the other three classifications of states of matter.
