Card Games
President
Players race to get rid of all of the cards in their hands in order to become President in the following round. Each player must pass or play some cards that beat the hands played previously.

Players are seated around the table according to rank, where the rules of the game favor those with the highest rank, keeping them in power. The goal of the game is to quickly get rid of all of your cards and climb the ranks.
Setup
Decide the starting order and sit according to your rank. The highest rank is "President", and then "Vice President" and "Senator" and so on, down to the last player who should be named "Scum". Feel free to customize the naming as desired.
The Scum is responsible for handling the cards. A standard 52 card pack is evenly dealt out to all players starting with the President (some players may end up with one extra card). The Scum must then pass their 2 best cards to the President. If you are playing with 4 or more players, the second lowest player (next to the Scum) must pass their 1 best card to the Vice President. The President and Vice President then pass back an equal number of cards that they don't want.
Game Play
The President starts by playing any card, or any set of cards of the same rank (suits are ignored). The next player has the option to pass, or to play a card or set of cards that is ranked higher. The number of cards played must remain the same. For example, a pair must always be played on a pair and a single card must always be played on a single card. The highest card value is the two, followed by the ace and then king down to three.
Play continues around the table. You are not required to play a card if you can; passing is always an option. You can play on your turn even if you previously passed in the current round.
Once someone plays some cards that everyone else passes on, that round is over. The Scum clears away the cards and the player who last played leads a new trick. If that player is out of cards, the player next in line starts the trick.
The first player to run out of cards becomes the President in the next game. The remaining players continue playing to determine the other ranks. The last player to run out of cards will be the new Scum. Rearrange the seating order to reflect the reassigned ranks and play again.
