Paper and Pencil Games
Telephone Pictures
A funny game of drawing and captioning those drawings.

This game is based on the parlor game of Telephone where you whisper a phrase to someone and they whisper it to someone else and so on down the line. When it reaches the end, you laugh about how different it is from the beginning. The difference is that with this game, instead of whispers, it's drawings.
The first player secretly draws a picture at the top of a strip of paper. They then pass this to the next player. The second player writes down a description of the picture as a caption beneath the picture. They then fold the paper over so that only the caption is visible and pass this to the next player. The next player reads the caption and draws their own picture that represents the caption. They then fold the paper so only the picture is visible and passes it along.
Play continues around the circle with players alternately drawing a picture or writing a caption, with only the previous person's work visible for reference. Once everyone has had a turn, the entire paper is unfolded and shared with the group to great enjoyment.
Alternatively, instead of starting the game with a drawing, you could start with a caption instead and go from there.
